"My desire throughout my career is to approach every opportunity with love and dedication, as well as encourage and inspire others to do the same through movement, creation and collaboration."

Macy Remenec was born and raised in Owosso, Michigan. Being raised by a professional dancer has given Macy the privilege to immerse herself in all fields and styles of dance, such as jazz, tap, modern, and tumbling.

She began her training at Kim's Dance Dynamics, where she fostered a love and passion for dance that transcended a hobby into a lifestyle. This ultimately led her to Point Park University, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts.

Her time at Point Park gave her the enjoyment of performing works choreographed by Mark Burrell, Kiesha Lalama, Teena-Marie Custer, and Crystal Frazier. Furthermore, Macy was offered several opportunities to expolore leadership positions in her time as an Undergraduate student. She assisted her professors Rocker Verastique and Danny Herman, stage managed with Legacy Dance Championships, and coordinated events with ARC Entertainment Company.

Post graduation, she worked with Royal Caribbean Entertainment as an entertainer in their Two70 venue, as well as teaching adult classes onboard.

She continues to use her free time to discover new mediums of art that allow her to express and share in the same way that dance does, as well as educate young dancers.
